Pressing his nose to the ground, this stunning creature is seen at one with the Earth. His mane flows over to the right, but strands cascade over to the left, forming obscure shapes to the back of the sculpture. His ears are pricked, signalling a disturbance, yet he remains still, emitting an aura of tranquillity. Named Eques after the genus in the Equipage family, this piece is cast in the finest resin before being finished in bronze.
