If your item doesn’t arrive by the guaranteed delivery date, eBay will make it right. To let eBay know, you can either:

• Find your item in “My eBay” under “Purchase History” and select “Report late delivery” from the “More actions” drop-down menu.

Damaged Items:  Any damage in shipping must be reported within 2 days of receipt, and all packaging materials must be retained in the event that the carrier needs to inspect it.  Photos of the damage must be sent through eBay Messages or Item not as described in order for us to initiate an insurance claim.
