If the product was damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the situation. We'll also be happy to do an exchange on sized items such as rings. Where and how do we ship?

To give you the highest quality at more-than reasonable prices, we have partnered with some of the most talented craftsmen and artisans from all over the world.Regular consumers do not have access to our global partners so we want to pass the significant savings to you. Because we want to give you as much value as possible, some of our products are shipped directly from our global partners. Processing of orders will be within 2-7 business days.Due to the pandemic caused by COVID-19, Normal Lead-time is 15-30 business days，there might be slight delays that exceed the normal lead times. Please contact us for more information.Please let us know if you do not receive your item(s) from us within the time-frame mentioned and we will take prompt care of you.

For international shipments, VAT and customs duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer and these fees are not included in the price or shipping cost. Your country may charge you additional import taxes and fees; please be aware of the customs laws of your country. While standard delivery time for international orders is 15-25 business days, it can sometimes take longer. Please allow up to 30 days for your international shipment to arrive.
