Velociraptor, whose name means ‘swift seizer’, was one of the fastest dinosaurs ever. Much smaller than the T-Rex, the velociraptor depended on its quickness, as well as a pair of sickle-shaped hind claws, to catch its prey. This wonderfully detailed velociraptor statue gives a very realistic depiction of how this Cretaceous creature may have looked. Made of cold cast resin, the statue has a metallic bronze finish, and is hand accented with green and brown enamels to really bring out the detail.
